Today its rainy and cold in Munich. So to warm up a little bit we decided today would be the best day to present the 1st song of our upcoming album to you. It’s called Falling Down.

IN MÜNCHEN NIX LOS! – COVER CONTEST

Hey guys! Today we’d like to invite you to vote for the cover artwork of the upcoming sampler “In München Nix Los!“.

On this compilation over 60 Munich bands contribute each with one song to show the world that Munich has to offer a huge variety of punk and hardcore bands worth taking notice of!
We for ourselves will contribute “Solely Profit“, which is an exclusive foretaste of our upcoming album “Why Should We Care” that is going to be released this fall.

There are 29 artwork suggestions of which you can choose the one that you like to be the cover of the sampler. The voting ends on May 20th. Have fun!

HITTING THE STUDIO – FOLLOW OUR BLOG

We are more than happy! Our long waiting period has finally come to an end. Yesterday we started recording our 1^st full length. We parked ourselfs on The Engine Studios, Vierkirchen, and let Max do the recordings. Just like last time on our Day By Day EP.

CAMP SCREED

Allthough we all know 2012 will be our last year on earth, it will be a great one!

As you already know we are currently working on our full length debut album. In April we’re gonna hit the studio and in fall it will finally be released. Until then we still have a lot of work to do.

Starting Wednesday we’re going to lock ourselves up in an isolated hut for a few days to focus on writing new hits and putting the finishing touches on the already written. 4 x 24 hours of jam session, no phone, no internet – this is gonna be awesome!

Surely it won’t fail because of a lack of inspiration. We have all our best friends aboard to keep us company: Scotch, Bourbon, irish Whisky and even Rum for Benni.

Be prepared for some sexy pictures of us wearing jogging pants and one or another lunatic musical output when we are back home.

An amazing SCREED-year 2011 comes to it’s end. We had the chance to play some shows together with heroes of our youth. No Use For A Name, Atlas Losing Grip, Misconduct, Dwarves or Adicts – every single show was absolute amazing. Not least cause of your support!!!

ATLAS, DWARVES & GUTTERMOUTH!

We had an awesome night yesterday with Atlas Losing Grip @ Feierwerk. Who made it to the show knows exactly what I’m talking about. But to all of you who missed us, there is one chance left to catch us live in 2011: On Wednesday, December 7th we will proudly support The Dwarves on their 25th Anniversary Tour. This will be our last show in Munich until March 2012 – which will be with none other than GUTTERMOUTH! Can’t wait! So, just show up on December 7th at 59to1 and celebrate with us and The Dwarves the end of an incredible year 2011!
